What are you afraid of that makes absolutely no sense?

My biggest fear is walking up the stairs from the basement after I turn out the light. EVERY time I do this, I get a picture in my head of someone cutting the back of my achilles heel. I know no one is there and I suspect that if someone was there and wanted to do harm, it would probably be in the form of some other weapon. And if it was a knife, one of the least likely areas for them to target would be my achilles heel. But that doesn't matter, that picture in my mind has been there for over 30 years and will likely be there until the day I can't walk up the stairs anymore.

I hate pigeons, I'm not sure if they would really count as my biggest fear because its only underneath bridges whereby they freak me out so much that I hate passing - however quite frequently I can and it doesn't make sense at all.
